Can I change my hosting plan?
Yes, but you can only increase your hosting plan.
If my hosting resources are insufficient, can you transfer my live website to VDS?

Can I change the server location?
No, but we can recreate your server in a new location. Please create a support ticket for assistance.
How long it takes to have my VDS server activated?
Your VDS server is activated immediately but it may take up to 15 minutes for your VDS server to be fully set up and delivered.
Can I install my Windows OS on the server?
No, Windows is a commercial OS and requires a license key. If you sign up for Windows VDS, the Windows license is included.
