Will you help me transfer to JustVPS?

Yes, JustVPS offers free migration. Please create a support ticket right after you purchase our services. Provide access details from your previous hosting provider, your new service access details, and let us know what websites should we transfer.

I can't find the location I need, can you help me?
Yes, please contact support at support@justvps.online. We take your requests into account considering adding new locations or services in existing locations.
Can I change the server location?
No, but we can recreate your server in a new location. Please create a support ticket for assistance.
How long it takes to have my VDS server activated?
Your VDS server is activated immediately but it may take up to 15 minutes for your VDS server to be fully set up and delivered.
Can I install my Windows OS on the server?
No, Windows is a commercial OS and requires a license key. If you sign up for Windows VDS, the Windows license is included.
